itSMF Serbia use On Demand IT Service Management


We are delighted to announce that itSMF Serbia has agreed with to start using their On Demand IT Service Management application on a long-term evaluation basis. Under the terms of this trail agreement, itSMF Serbia will be using the SaaS ITSM tool for managing Chapter's activities and providing relevant membership services in a trully ITIL-V3 aligned way, hence being actually able to practice what we preach as an itSMF community.
